Warranty policy

Free service to consumers

What we guarantee

According to Meudy’s manual, evey new Meudy pump or product (which should be properly installed, used and maintained) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period. Meudy will repair or replace with new part(s), without expense like shipping charges, damages, labor or other charges due to failure, repair or replacement and etc.

Please pay attention to the following things:

Any Meudy pump or product couldn’t not been disassembled without prior approval of Meudy. This warranty could not apply to pump or product that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, alteration, misapplication, accident either. Without authority of seller, no person, agent or dealer can be authorized to enlarge upon this warranty.

What is the delivery time for spare parts order

Usually we have parts in stock, the lead time is about 3-7 days

How long is your delivery time?

For normal products , the lead time is 30 -35 days.

For new products, the lead time is 45-60 days.

For customized products, the lead time is 45- 60days.

What is the delivery time for sample order

For normal products , the sample lead time is 7-10days

For new products, the sample lead time is 45- 60 days

For customized products, the sample lead time is 45- 60days

What is your terms of payment ?

Normal payment term is 30% T/T at sight and 70% against B/L copy.

For order value catches USD20,000, we accept L/C at sight.

For old and good reputated customers, we accept L/C 60days.
