The ZJQ series submersible slurry pump is a special matching pump for pressure filter and environmental protection equipment. They are suitable for handing abrasive and corrosive solids-bearing slurry such as sediment and gravel.

High chrome alloy impeller and wear ring with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

The gap of wear ring is adjustable; with durable and high efficiency.

Thickened impeller, pump body and upper cover prolong the service life of the parts effectively  .

The corrosive liquid and abrasive particles such as sediment and gravel will make the hydraulic parts wearing rapidly.  That is why the impeller of the pump which matched with pressure filter in concrete mixing station needs to be replaced frequently. Which cause the cost of replacing parts and energy consumption increasing rapidly.

However, ZJQ series pumps are designed with adjustable impeller gap, which greatly increases service life and maintains efficient operation , thus significantly reduces the operating costs.
